On December 20, we celebrate the birthday of the United States Space Force, established on December 20, 2019, as the newest and sixth branch of our nation’s armed forces. Though young in years, the Space Force carries forward the same proud tradition of service and dedication that defines every branch before it, standing guard over American interests in the vast frontier of space. Its guardians protect the satellites and systems we rely on every day, defending our nation in a domain that grows more vital with each passing year.
